All coats are tailor made and take up to 10 days to ship, as they are all made individually you can stipulate the length from the nape of the neck to the hem and the sleeve length, just write these in the special instructions box on the order.

This coat is made with 82% viscose/18% silk and is Dry Clean Only

    Delivery Information

    Most orders wherever possible are dispatched by the following day - subject to payment and stock availability. If any items are out of stock,we will advise you as soon as practicable. Postage and packing charges are as follows:

    All orders within mainland UK are sent by Royal Mail special delivery £7.95. For any orders to be delivered outside of UK mainland please contact us and we can advise on costs.

    We must be informed of parcels not arriving as soon as possible, for the UK it must be within 16 working days of the order date.For international destinations we must be informed within 35 days. Failure to do this can affect our ability to trace the parcel and issue any refund due. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after 16 working days in the UK or 35 working days for international parcels, and only if the parcel is deemed to be lost in transit by the Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

    Returns

    We are happy to offer a refund or exchange for any faulty damaged or incorrectly supplied items. We will also exchange items returned in new, unworn condition 14 days after receipt. Sale items must be returned within 7 days. Please let us know by e-mail before returning any items. We strongly recommend that items are returned using registered post and that you keep your proof of posting certificate. Ridley London will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed.

    Postage costs will be fully reimburse in the case of faulty, damaged or incorrect supply of goods. Postage costs will apply for exchanges and we will credit the original purchaser’s card for the sum paid minus postage costs. Please Note: Bespoke items are non-refundable and refunds can take upto 28 days to process.
