DELIVERY

All our items are individually made in London, most orders wherever possible are dispatched within 4-5 days - subject to payment and stock availability. If any items are going to take longer than this, we will advise you as soon as possible. If your order is particularly urgent please call us on 0203 3367900 and we will endeavour to send your order as soon as practicable.

CUSTOMISABLE SERVICE

As all our garments are individually made we are able to customise the length, this is not deemed a bespoke service and the item can still be returned. It is possible to request the length of the garment by adding a note in the special instructions box on the order. If you would like one of our styles made up in a different fabric than it is shown on our website this is also possible at no extra cost and is still returnable, please contact us on 0203 3367900 for further information on this. 

We do also offer a fully customised service where we can make any of our styles in any of our fabrics and made to your measurements, this service incurs a 20% surcharge on the off the peg price. Please contact us on 0203 3367900 to arrange an appointment at our Barnes store with one of our stylists. Customised garments usually take 2-3 weeks to be made up from the initial consultation appointment(the exact lead time will be advised at the initial consultation), then we recommend a follow up appointment when the garment is ready for a fitting, this is usually sufficient but occasionally a second fitting will be required. 

If any calicos are required and extra patterns need to be made these will be individually priced depending on the style.

SHIPPING 

Deliveries to the UK mainland cost £8.95 and are sent via Royal Mail special delivery. Orders to be delivered outside of the UK mainland will be shipped via DHL and usually take 2-3 days from date of dispatch for Europe and 3-5 days from date of dispatch for outside of Europe, shipping costs to each individual country will vary depending on the shipping zone.

Please note any customs and duty charges to orders being sent outside of the United Kingdom are to be paid by the receiver.

We must be informed of parcels not arriving as soon as possible, for the UK it must be within 16 working days of the order date. For international destinations we must be informed within 35 days. Failure to do this can affect our ability to trace the parcel and issue any refund due. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after 16 working days in the UK or 35 working days for international parcels, and only if the parcel is deemed to be lost in transit by the Royal Mail or DHL.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

All regular off the peg items are refundable as long as you follow our Returns Procedure. You must notify us at info@ridleylondon.com to inform us that you intend to return the goods. All items sold on our website that have had no special modifictions requested and and have been returned in new, unworn and unused condition with original garment tags still attached, 14 days after receipt will qualify for a refund. Items that have been modified to the customer's individual specifications (except for hem lengths) are considered bespoke items and are non refundable. Ridley London will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer.

If you wish a refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s card for the sum paid minus postage costs. Please note that postage costs will apply for exchanges. Please send all returns to:

Please note that the customer is responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning items. Ridley London will not offer a refund on returned items, which are lost or damaged in the post. We strongly recommend that items are returned using special delivery so they are insured and that you keep your proof of posting certificate. Ridley London will only reimburse postage costs in the case of faulty, damaged or incorrect supply of goods. Once the item has been approved for returning, we will credit the original purchaser’s card for the sum paid minus postage costs. Please note that postage costs will apply for exchanges.

Sale items bought online must be returned within 7 days. All sale items bought in our Barnes store are non refundable.

Please note: Refunds on online purchases will be processed as soon as practicable but can take up to 28 days to process.

 

REFUNDS ON INSTORE PURCHASES

All regular off the peg items bought in our Barnes store are returnable within 7 days of purchase as long as they have been returned in new, unworn and unused condition with original garment tags still attached. Customised items that have been bought in our Barnes store are deemed bespoke and are non refundable.

 

CREDIT NOTES

Credit notes that have been issued in the place of a refund must be used within 12 months of issue date, unless otherwise stated.
