By placing an order with us at RidleyLondon.com you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. You do not have a login and password – for each order you enter your email and delivery details and your payment and billing details. This process is designed to be quick, easy and user-friendly and hugely reduces the complexity and potential security risks.

YOUR INFORMATION

When you place an order the system records and keeps the following: your name and delivery and your email address if you’ve consented to receive marketing from us. Credit card details are not stored by our system. Our online store has an industry standard 128 Bit SSL encrypted checkout and admin area to protect private data. This ensures that your information and your order data is kept as secure as possible. Access to this will be limited just to us. When you register as an online customer, you agree that:

1. Any information which you provide shall be true and accurate in all respects.
2. You will notify us immediately of any changes to this information
3. By consenting to us keeping your email address, you consent to Ridley London using your information for the following purposes:
i. To provide you with updates and information about new products, services and offers from Ridley London and also about forthcoming events that Ridley London is taking part in.
ii. To inform you about forthcoming events organized by or on behalf of Ridley London.

We are not responsible for any damages which you, or others, may suffer as a result of the loss of confidentiality of such information. We take every precaution to protect your information. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Products displayed on this website are available only whilst stocks last. We have taken every care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are as accurate and possible. Every effort has been made to show the product colours as accurately as possible and we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

All photographs, descriptive matter and specifications issued on the website and any description or photograph contained in www.ridleylondon.com are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described in the website and 
will not form part of the contract with you and no warranty or guarantee shall be expressed or implied in the contract with you in this regard.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

Orders placed with us will not be accepted and no contract will be formed between us until you have been instructed that said goods are available and that all goods and applicable charges have been paid in full. We will confirm our acceptance of your order - on receipt of cleared funds – by email (where a valid email address is provided).

DELIVERY

Most orders wherever possible are dispatched within 4-5 days - subject to payment and stock availability. If any items are out of stock, we will advise you as soon as practicable. 
Postage and packing charges are as follows:

£7.95 to the UK mainland, sent Royal Mail special delivery.

International orders are sent via DHL and once dispatched take 2-3 working days for Europe and 3-5 working days for the rest of the world. If an order is required more urgently please contact us on info@ridleylondon.com.

We must be informed of parcels not arriving as soon as possible, for the UK it must be within 16 working days of the order date. For international destinations we must be informed within 35 days. Failure to do this can affect our ability to trace the parcel and issue any refund due. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after 16 working days in the UK or 35 working days for international parcels, and only if the parcel is deemed to be lost in transit by the Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

While Ridley London takes reasonable steps to ensure a reliable service, we do not guarantee that your use of this website will be uninterrupted and error free. We will not be held responsible for your use of other websites accessed via links from our website. Such links are not controlled by us nor do we endorse them. The website may only be used for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding Ridley and any transactions on or through it. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Ridley reserve the right to:

1. modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or

2. change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.

We will attempt to ensure that the information available on the website at any time is accurate. However, we will not be held liable for any errors or omissions. We will use all reasonable endeavours to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after becoming aware or being notified of these. All drawings, photographs, descriptive matter and specifications of the garments on the website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the garments. We may also change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the website, including the availability of any features, information, database or content or restrict access to parts or all of the website without notice or liability.

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may download such material and content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose. Any other use of the material and content of the Website is strictly prohibited. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.

GENERAL

We may from time to time change, alter, adapt, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions but if we do so we will post any such changes on the website. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of this Agreement and the remainder of the provision in question will not be affected.

English law will apply to this Agreement, and the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and will not affect their interpretation.

CUSTOMISED ITEMS

All our items are able to be customised with a choice of our fabrics and to your unique measurements, these items are then deemed bespoke and are non refundable and will incur a 15% surcharge, items that need a new pattern made and a calico will be priced individually on order.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to return an item, please follow our Returns Procedure. You must notify us at info@ridleylondon.com to inform us that you intend to return the goods. All items must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition with original garment tags still attached, within 14 days after receipt. Ridley London will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer.

If you wish a refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s card for the sum paid minus postage costs. Please note that postage costs will apply for exchanges. Please send all returns to:

Please note that the customer is responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning items. Ridley London will not offer a refund on returned items, which are lost or damaged in the post. We strongly recommend that items are returned using special delivery so they are insured and that you keep your proof of posting certificate. Ridley London will only reimburse postage costs in the case of faulty, damaged or incorrect supply of goods. Once the item has been approved for returning, we will credit the original purchaser’s card for the sum paid minus postage costs. Please note that postage costs will apply for exchanges.

Sale items bought online must be returned within 7 days. Sale items bought through our Barnes store are non refundable.

Bespoke items are non-refundable. However full price items that have been requested with a customised length are not deemed bespoke, this is not always possible however on sale items and the customer will be notified if the customised length requested is not possible on a sale item.

Please Note: Refunds can take up to 28 days to process.

DISCLAIMER

Please ensure that the e-mail address you give to us is correct. All order confirmations will be sent to this address and it is your responsibility that your mailbox is in proper working order. You assume the consequences for transmission or operational failures in using this website, the user shall agree to indemnify us against all claims, liability, damages, losses and costs arising from any breach of these conditions by the user or the use by any person accessing the website using user’s membership information.

COPYRIGHT

All of the rights, including copyright and database rights, contained in this website are owned by Ridley London and you must not copy or dispatch any of the information contained in it. You further agree that you shall only use the website for legitimate, lawful purposes, and any other use shall only be permitted with the written consent of Ridley London.

Payments taken on our website will be processed through Pay Pal. Payments can be made in 2 ways. 
i. The customer can pay using their own Pay Pal account. 
ii. The customer can enter their credit card or debit card details into our website checkout page.

Ridley will not store any credit card or debit card details for any orders placed. Any payments requring a refund after making an order on our website, will also be processed on Pay Pal. All refunds will be refunded to the Pay Pal account or credit card or debit card used on the original order placed on the Ridley London website.

By placing an order, you, the buyer, consent to payment being charged to your credit card account as provided. We accept the following cards:

Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, we will not be liable to you, the buyer, for any loss of profit or any indirect special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims, which arise out of or in connection with the supply of garments other than as a result of a breach of an obligation arising under the Sale of Garments Act 1979 (as amended) and the Supply of Garments and Services Act 1973.
